You can contact the Electronic Resources Librarian at any time via email (ddebord@ju.edu) or phone/message (904-256-7269). You can chat with the Library on the Reference Desk page (pay attention to the Library hours on there).
Feel to contact the Library at any time, but also make sure you notice the Off-Campus instruction links on the Subject pages and other pages. These can save you time!
Ultimately, you want to connect to databases from the secure Databases A-Z page. If you're off-campus right now, you can go there directly right now, sign in with your JU ID and password, and select a database. This can also save you time (and frustration!).
